When Hotel New Otani opened in 1964, the circular lounge with a panoramic view from the top floor was one of its highlights. In the years since, the lounge became restaurant VIEW & DINING THE SKY, known for its extensive array of delightful Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Please note that cancellations later than 5:00pm the day before reservation date, and no shows (guest has not arrived by 30 minutes past the reservation time) will be subject to a 100% penalty charge ([price of reserved menu] x [number of persons of reservation])
