A brand new restaurant presented by Shinsuke Nakajima, Hotel New Otani's executive chef who also oversees all restaurants in the Hotel. In addition to traditional "soba" and "udon" dishes, the restaurant offers a limited number of high-grade handmade soba noodles each day, and a wide selection of appetizers created by Chef Nakajima from quality ingredients that he personally sought out from all over Japan. Don't forget to finish off your meal with Nakajima's splendid desserts!

Made from New Otani's traditional curry sauce and the most refined pork bone broth, this inspired creation of Chef Nakajima opens a whole new horizon of curry taste.
