Old Fashioned
At Bar Capri, this standard cocktail that dates back to the late 19th century is made with Maker's Mark 46, known for its rich and spicy flavors. The sliced orange and lemon peel garnishes add refreshing scents, set off by the sweet accent of house-made maraschino cherry. This simple yet exquisitely-made classic is served in Toyo Sasaki Glass's Modus that shows off the divine amber hues of the bourbon.
Negroni
Our take on this traditional cocktail is composed of Japanese craft gin ROKU with its unique blend of six Japanese botanicals, the refined bitter-sweetness of Campari, and the fragrant Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto. Crisp and soothing gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari's hints of bitter orange come together in a sublime harmony, with the orange-red color highlighted by the elaborate cuts of the Baccarat Aria tumbler.
Crown Jewel Martini
Known as the "King of Cocktails", no other drink may have such a colorful assortment of anecdotes as the martini.
