In celebration of our first anniversary since bringing in a new concept and menu, Bella Vista is offering a special course menu featuring our signature charcoal- and wood-fire grilled items, available during the month of June only.
Experience the refined creations of Head Chef Shintaro Saito, lobster and beef grilled to perfection, sommelier-select wines, and the view from the top floor of the Garden Tower.

Since June 2025, Bella Vista has been serving carefully selected beef and seafood cooked by expert chefs over a combination of charcoal—which brings out the flavors of the ingredients, and wood fire—imparting a subtle smoky aroma. This unique method also enhances our appetizers, pastas, and desserts.
Time-limited items featuring seasonal blessings are also not to be missed.

About Head Chef Shintaro Saito

After honing his culinary expertise at various restaurants within Hotel New Otani Tokyo, including Tour d’Argent Tokyo, Shintaro Saito has been appointed to lead the kitchen at Bella Vista.
His work has gained the trust of numerous culinary giants invited for special events at the hotel, and through each of these experiences he has accumulated inspiration for the creations that will bring delight to your table.
