How early can banquet reservations be made?: Banquet reservations are normally accepted from one year before. Please inquire for more details regarding large-scale events that need to be booked earlier.

Are internet connections available in the banquet rooms?: Yes, Wi-Fi and wired internet connections are available in all banquet rooms, for a charge. Please inquire with our sales staff.

Is smoking allowed in the banquet rooms?: No, smoking is prohibited in all banquet rooms. There are two designated smoking areas within the building.

Can large equipment and other items be brought into/installed in the banquet rooms?: Yes. A loading bay is available for trucks.

Do you have a dressing room?: Yes, dressing rooms are located in the 1st basement.

Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage?: Yes, cloakrooms will be available near the banquet rooms, according to the schedule of your event. Please note that valuables cannot be left at the cloakrooms.

Are professional photography services available within the hotel?: Yes, a Photo Studio is located on the 2nd floor.
