“Oden”
Oden is a popular winter dish in Japan that warms up your body and soul. Various "surimi" fish cakes, fried tofu, thick slices of daikon radish, and boiled eggs are simmered in a flavorful and aromatic dashi soup. Enjoy along with exquisite sake from regions throughout the country. 

“Tempura”
Fresh seafood and vegetables of the season are deep-fried in a delicate batter to crispy perfection. Prawn, anago eel, and pumpkin are particularly popular items. The variety of the featured foods and their seasonality are another attraction of this dish. Watch the chefs at work as they prepare your order with precise movements.
