We have recently confirmed cases where some guests who booked their stay through the reservation site "Booking.com" received suspicious messages via messaging apps like "WhatsApp," falsely claiming to be from our hotel.

These messages may include requests such as "the booking is currently in a pending state and requires confirmation to remain active" with a deadline, or ask “to complete the confirmation process via the link". Please be assured that these messages were not sent by our hotel or Booking.com.

Neither our hotel nor Booking.com will ever use external messaging apps like WhatsApp to ask for your credit card details or personal information, nor will we send links (URLs) requiring you to complete such procedures.

If you receive a suspicious message, please do not click any links (URLs) or enter your credit card information. We kindly ask that you delete the message immediately.

We are currently working closely with the support team at Booking.com to investigate the details and determine the cause of this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may cause and greatly appreciate your vigilance in preventing potential fraud.
