New Otani Club Points
New Otani Club points may be earned for qualifying stays at New Otani Hotels within Japan.
Priority reservation booking
Members receive priority for room reservations. Please identify yourself as a New Otani Club member when making a reservation. (Not applicable for certain package plans/offers, or when rooms are unavailable.)
Discounted room rates
(Not available for some dates)
Members can stay at exclusive discounted room rates. Some hotels offer discount packages with meals, such as accommodation with "breakfast" or "dinner & breakfast." (Also applicable for family members and guests introduced by members. Benefits are determined by the hotel.)
Suite stay benefits (From April 1, 2021)

Members staying in suites receive the following items:
One item from Patisserie SATSUKI's "Super Dessert Series" along with a beverage, served in their room as a welcome amenity after arrival
-Available only for the member and guests staying in the same room. (Does not apply to children staying for free.)
-Type of cake is not selectable. (Please notify staff if you have any food allergies or restrictions.)
Meal coupon valid at in-hotel restaurants and bars, worth ¥10,000 per night of stay per room
-Valid until day of check-out.
*The above benefits do not apply during certain holiday periods including New Years, for stays under special discounts or contract rates, or for upgraded stays.
Breakfast discount

Members, their families, guests staying in the same room as members or those introduced by members are offered breakfast at a discounted price (excluding some restaurants and room service).
Free breakfast
[ The Italia-Ken (Niigata), Kanazawa ]
Members and accompanying family members (at some hotels, only those staying in the same room) staying at New Otani Club member rates are offered complimentary breakfast. (Not applicable to guests staying for free such as children who share their parents' bed.)
Express check-in service
Members can check in simply by presenting their card and signature. (The hotel may also request that members show their passport and credit card.)
Express check-out service
Staying members who have made arrangements for payment via credit card at the time of check-in may check out simply by returning their room key at the front desk or by notifying the front desk from their room phone.
Late check-out service
Members can request a late check-out at no extra charge when making their reservation.

Free newspaper
Members receive complimentary newspapers.
(Some hotels provide newspapers at the front desk. A limited number of copies are available.)
Laundry service
Express services for pressing (quick-press) and laundry (same-day delivery) are available for the same charge as normal services.
(Requests must be made in advance by the times designated by each hotel.)
Special discounts for business center use
Members can use meeting rooms in the business center at a special rate.
Free use of outdoor pool
Members can use the outdoor swimming pool (seasonal operation) free of charge or at discount rates.
*Please note that this benefit may not be available when admission to the outdoor swimming pool is limited.
Free or discounted use of fitness club
Members can use fitness club facilities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) free of charge or at discount rates.
