Points may be checked/redeemed by either of the following methods.
(For every 5,000 points, you may receive a digital e-Voucher or paper Hotel Certificate worth ¥5,000.)
Check / Redeem Points
By logging in to your web account
By making a request at the New Otani Club Counter (Tokyo or Osaka) or front desk of other New Otani Group Hotels in Japan.
- New Otani Club POINTS are redeemable after they have been recorded, approximately 10 days after payment.
- Only the New Otani Club member him/herself can make the request to redeem his/her own points.
- Once redemption has been accepted by the New Otani Club, it cannot be changed, modified or cancelled.
- REWARD CERTIFICATES (paper) are processed upon request and issued within 10 days. (Requests should thus be submitted 10 days prior to the guest's next stay or earlier.) E-Vouchers (digital) are valid for immediate use.
- REWARD CERTIFICATES will be handed in person at the hotel front desk during the guest's next stay.
- To make payments with your New Otani Club POINTS, REWARD CERTIFICATES must be presented at all times.
- Redemption requests may also be accepted by e-mail at nocofic@newotani.co.jp.
