Cotton candy-like soft shaved ice made with natural spring water from Nikko, flavored with Japanese Wasanbon sugar with a sprinkle of algae salt to enhance its ambrosial sweetness. Dig in further to find “Kuromitsu” (molasses) bean paste, sweet bean jelly, and rice flour dumplings hidden inside.
