Saga Wagyu: Superior Tenderness & Fine Marbling

Winner of the highest honor, the “Prime Minister’s Award”, three consecutive contests running at the National Competitive Exhibition of Wagyu held every five years. Miyazaki Wagyu is undeniably the reigning champion of the Wagyu world.
Tender marbled chuck portions of premium Tottori Wagyu are cooked in a special sukiyaki sauce and served in a bowl over steamed rice with vegetables and a soft-boiled egg.
