New Otani Club members staying at the hotel can enjoy complimentary access to the Shell Pool during their stay. We invite you to relax and unwind in our spacious, open-air oasis reminiscent of an exotic tropical resort.

  • Please note that the opening period is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Children of junior high school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • The pool may be closed in the event of inclement weather or typhoons to ensure the safety of our guests.
  • Complimentary access is limited to the registered guests staying in the same room as the NOC member. (Guests staying in separate rooms are not eligible.)

Short Plan: Enjoy 2.5 hours of day pool access starting at the time of your choice.
[Extension Fees] An additional fee will be charged for every 30-minute extension as follows:

  • Weekdays: +JPY1,000
  • Weekends, Holidays, and Aug 10 (Mon) – Aug 14 (Fri): +JPY1,500
  • Flat rate for both adults and children.
