Indulge in an exquisite traditional Japanese kaiseki course dinner created by Isami Miyata, head chef of Japanese cuisine, certified Contemporary Master Craftsman by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and Yellow Ribbon Medal honoree for Fall 2021. The dinner course features globefish, the distinctive delicacy in its seasonal prime, served as sashimi and also in a rice porridge flavored with flying fish stock.
