Hotel New Otani Tokyo has designated New Otani Club Floors that offer enriched amenities and comfort to NOC members. Complimentary soft drinks from the mini-bar (refills are subject to charges), exclusive bathrobes and pajamas, amenities from French skin care brand ‘Omnisens Paris’, along with humidifier/air purifier are included for rooms on these floors.

The New Otani Club Floors are located on the 8th, 9th, and 15th floors of The Main building in Hotel New Otani Tokyo. Specially prepared Japanese breakfast 'Kiwami' made with quality ingredients selected by our chef is offered exclusively for guests staying on these floors. Enjoy carefully prepared Japanese specialties such as the high-quality Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) that is dried overnight before being lightly smoked, and Chawanmushi (savory egg custard) topped with Uni (sea urchin) accented with lobster and consommé sauce.

The Shin-Edo rooms offer a modern yet traditional style of hospitality inspired by ancient philosophies and wisdom of Japanese culture complemented with state-of-the-art contemporary technologies. All Shin-Edo rooms are equipped with smooth-textured hinoki (cypress wood) bathtubs that effectively warms the body to the core, together with a refreshing natural aroma. Traditional bath amenities such as natural soap made according to the classical hot-process method and a tenugui washcloth are provided to offer guests an authentic Japanese bath experience.
