Okahan, located in the far end of the Lobby floor in the Main building, serves traditional Japanese "sukiyaki", "shabu shabu" and "oil yaki" (Japanese steak), using top quality beef and carefully selected fresh Japanese vegetables. "Sukiyaki" is one of Japan's most famous dishes in which slices of beef with vegetables are cooked in our special blend of soy sauce and sugar. "Shabu shabu" uses boiling "dashi" stock to cook thin slices of beef with vegetables, which are then dipped in our special sauces of creamy sesame and citrus vinaigrette "ponzu" sauce. Your meal will be cooked at your table.

- Rooms Ume and Ran are furnished with tables and chairs on tatami straw mat floors. Take and Kiku are in "horigotatsu" style, with sunken areas under low tables providing comfortable leg room.
- Use of private rooms are limited to two hours. The room charge will be doubled for extended hours.
- For the use of Matsu, or Ume and Ran connected, a minimum guarantee of ¥100,000 (+ tax and service charge) for lunch, ¥200,000 (+ tax and service charge) for dinner will apply.
- Service charge (15%) will be added to your bill.
