Highly acclaimed as one of the best sushi restaurants in Japan, Kyubey offers an abundance of market-fresh seasonal fish delicately prepared with small portions of rice by skilled sushi chefs. There are two Kyubey sushi bars in the hotel, one in the Main and the other in the Tower.
