The Red Rose Garden located on the 3rd floor of The Main building was designed by world-renowned floral designer Kenneth Turner and built in 2000, and will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year. The flowerbeds are adorned with 30,000 roses of 32 varieties comprising an ensemble of elegant and refined beauty. Come and enjoy the splendor of red roses that blossom only twice a year in early summer and autumn.

A seven-layered mille-feuille inspired by red roses encasing rose-scented soymilk cream, fresh raspberries and lychee, and topped with rose-colored white chocolate.

Rose-scented agar-cubes and lychees in heavenly rose cream are rolled in a soft sponge cake. Garnished with white and ruby chocolate with an edible rose flower on top.
