Ozaki Beef is perhaps the most sought-after brand "wagyu" in Japan today. Its extreme rarity is due to the fact that it is produced at only one farm, the Ozaki Farm, in Miyazaki Prefecture. Menus featuring Ozaki Beef will be available at four restaurants in the Hotel until June 30, 2013.|
