The Kioi Kiln
 
The Kioi Kiln offers a chance to enjoy pottery making and feel the sense of Japanese tradition and culture in the Garden. Pottery classes are open to overnight guests during the New Year and the Golden Week Holiday Season.
NADAMAN; "Sazanka-so"
Japanese Kaiseki Cuisine
 
Located in the center of the Garden is NADAMAN; "Sazanka-so", a Japanese "Kaiseki-style" cuisine run by the prestigious NADAMAN restaurant. This enchanting building used to be the residence of the founder Yonetaro Otani before the opening of the Hotel. Since the traditional Japanese-style housing was renovated by the prominent architect Togo Murano, its serenity has been in perfect harmony with the tranquility of the Garden.
